Mirella is a joyous woman who is passionate about health and wellbeing and considers her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2015 to be a blessing in disguise. Since being diagnosed with MS, Mirella has made it her mission to educate herself on how to recover and restore balance in the human body. Growing up with a mother who had psychic abilities, Idiscovered my own connection to people's energies, empathising deeply with others. My career in Human Resources allowed me to use these gifts, but I felt out of place in the corporate world. Jessica‘s journey to sound healing began in Germany’s forests and medieval markets, where she first felt drawn to traditional practices and nature’s healing power. After moving to Ireland in 2010 and Australia in 2013, she spent 14 years as an Early Childhood Educator across three countries, weaving meditation and sound into daily life with children before transitioning to community services and trauma support.

In 2024 she completed a Sound Bath Practitioner training while addressing her own mental health and trauma. However, she deepened her practice and became a certified SoulNar Practitioner in January 2025 and later completing an additional Sound Bath Facilitation training (through SoulNar) that transformed her approach to creating healing experiences.

Hello, I’m Sheree. Since I was a little girl, music has been a source of healing in my life. My fondest childhood memories were playing the piano and cello at my nanna’s neighbour’s house and the pure joy I experienced playing and learning about music. As a teenager, music was solace in navigating my feelings and making sense of the world through songwriting and singing. After High school, I went on to study music but never enjoyed the perfectionist side of the music industry, So I left to travel. In my 30s, I started experiencing anxiety and tinnitus from a brain condition. My holistic healing journey began using binaural beats to get to sleep and help ease migraines. After years of watching my mum suffer from chronic pain and mental health issues, also being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Depression myself, I wanted to find an alternative to work alongside modern medicine.

After being diagnosed with burnout, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and the associated anxiety and depression that comes with that, I started exploring all options to improve my health. I discovered sound therapy in 2022 and was immediately drawn to the angelic sounds of the crystal singing bowls, chimes and bells. These tools became a very big part of my recovery and I soon realized that I wanted to use these tools to help others prevent disease and/or to help manage the symptoms if it had already occurred.

I learnt as much as I could about sound therapy during 2023 and held a number of group sound baths for clients over the year. I realized I wanted to add a modality that combined sound therapy with energy healing, and so I completed my SoulNar practitioner training at the end of 2023. In the midst of the challenges that 2020 brought during Covid, Katrina began her self healing journey finding ways to reduce her stress and anxiety. Having been recommended Reiki as a way to help with her anxiety it soon fuelled a journey of self discovery, new practices, finding her purpose through spiritual growth and awakening her intuition.

After discovering several modalities including Reiki, breath work and sound healing, Katrina’s journey motivated her to become a Reiki practitioner. A bit of dreamer with a creative spirit, flow is important to me.

My childhood was a bit of a creators dream, living on the skirts of a national park I had access to native bush, flowers, animals, as kids we use to hug trees sit on rock shelves play, discover, listen to the birds the sounds of the trees rustling and romance what life would bring.

As long as I can remember I have always had a fascination with the spiritual world. 25 years ago

I went through a traumatic period I reconnected with my spirituality and joined a Women’s Meditation Circle which lead to the pursuit of learning everything I could in the world of spirituality and healing.

I have always instinctively used music and sound from a very young age as a form of self-healing. It gave me a sense of inner peace and protection, particularly during my darkest times of being severely bullied throughout my school life, which then led to many years of self-worth, confidence and body image issues. I became very aware at a young age about the importance of self care and healing in the most natural form possible. For 25 years I have been on my path of self discovery. During this time, various holistic modalities played a huge part in my soul healing journey. As my life started to change, I began to access my own inner power and spiritual gifts.
