Mirella is a joyous woman who is passionate about health and wellbeing and considers her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2015 to be a blessing in disguise. Hello, I’m Sheree. Since I was a little girl, music has been a source of healing in my life. My fondest childhood memories were playing the piano and cello at my nanna’s neighbour’s house and the pure joy I experienced playing and learning about music. As a teenager, music was solace in navigating my feelings and making sense of the world through songwriting and singing. After High school, I went on to study music but never enjoyed the perfectionist side of the music industry, So I left to travel. After being diagnosed with burnout, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and the associated anxiety and depression that comes with that, I started exploring all options to improve my health. I discovered sound therapy in 2022 and was immediately drawn to the angelic sounds of the crystal singing bowls, chimes and bells. These tools became a very big part of my recovery and I soon realized that I wanted to use these tools to help others prevent disease and/or to help manage the symptoms if it had already occurred.

In the midst of the challenges that 2020 brought during Covid, Katrina began her self healing journey finding ways to reduce her stress and anxiety. Having been recommended Reiki as a way to help with her anxiety it soon fuelled a journey of self discovery, new practices, finding her purpose through spiritual growth and awakening her intuition.

My journey into healing modalities commenced years ago, moving away from my roots and losing the oneness connection, would later break me; larger cities, toxic bullying workplaces, toxic narcissistic relationships, all these situations or environments broke me, they lacked connection to each other or community, encouraged hatred, abuse, deceit, loneliness, separation and purely lacked any display of unconditional love and kindness for each other or humanity, I no longer belonged in my life.

These life experiences, which break you to your core, bring you to your knees or make you question yourself, your beliefs or why now why me situations. Well I can tell you through healing sessions, there is hope, there is unconditional love and kindness in the world and I am living proof that there is light after darkness.

A bit of dreamer with a creative spirit, flow is important to me.

My childhood was a bit of a creators dream, living on the skirts of a national park I had access to native bush, flowers, animals, as kids we use to hug trees sit on rock shelves play, discover, listen to the birds the sounds of the trees rustling and romance what life would bring.

As long as I can remember I have always had a fascination with the spiritual world. 25 years ago

I went through a traumatic period I reconnected with my spirituality and joined a Women’s Meditation Circle which lead to the pursuit of learning everything I could in the world of spirituality and healing.

Fast forward to 2019 I found myself going through insurmountable grief, trauma and unhealed wounds resurfaced. For the second time in my life I had to leave things behind, again I found myself drawing on my spirituality and childhood experiences, I went back to simplicity, nature and all that I have learned over my lifetime to help me through.

Becoming a SoulNar Practitioner has provided me the tools and a new sense of purpose a chance to recreate myself and encapsulate all that I have learned to bring it out into the world to help others reconnect with themselves and to find their way home again.

I couldn't wait to become a SoulNar Practitioner. I am very excited to be able to share this beautiful healing modality with you.

After spending decades researching and trying many, MANY different alternate healing modalities for two chronic illnesses (Endometriosis and CFS) , having found success with quite a few, I was introduced to SoulNar Sound Healing.

Through my continual studies in Australian Bush Flower Essences and Intuitive Energy Healing, my awareness and knowledge around how Vibrational Medicine can profoundly heal from deep within continues to grow and after my first SoulNar session I knew I had found another modality of healing I wanted to share.

I was hooked - to say the least!

The journey to healing through these modalities has been transformational and life changing. Helping me to understand my health, thought processes & self beliefs has led me to understand myself and why I have landed where I am.

I am extremely passionate about sharing what I have learned and live to help others heal on their own terms and in their own time. Whatever the condition maybe. Holding space and helping one to release what is trapped within their bodies, causing them both physical and emotional pain.

I am especially passionate about supporting those who are suffering from Endometriosis. Helping them to understand how relaxing the nervous system is essential to dealing and living with intense, crippling pain, showing them how sound and vibration can help to release the trauma and stress that is their condition. Not to mention the mental aspects of living with this dis-ease.

I am so very excited to share what I have learned, will continue to learn, helping others heal and discover themselves, helping them to move forward into the life that has been there all along, waiting from them!

I have over 33 years in health and wellness. I became certified in SoulNar in 2022 after personally experiencing the physical benefits of sound healing during my own healing of trauma and abuse over a lifetime after I hit rock bottom during divorce. I have always instinctively used music and sound from a very young age as a form of self-healing. It gave me a sense of inner peace and protection, particularly during my darkest times of being severely bullied throughout my school life, which then led to many years of self-worth, confidence and body image issues. I became very aware at a young age about the importance of self care and healing in the most natural form possible. This included self-love, exercise, breathwork, meditation, yoga and having a healthy attitude to food and the life force it gives to us, but also looking after our energy body, not just our physical self.

I was naturally drawn to energy healing through Reiki and Access Bars noticing the huge shifts in clients as they found the key to unlock blocks they have been carrying around for years.

My path to SoulNar developed through my love of Ayurveda (ancient Indian medicine) which is considered to be the ‘Science of life’.

Ayurveda is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, which is detailed in ancient Vedic texts. The teachings recommend one practices a life that is in harmony with your own nature, environment and landscape. Diet, lifestyle and herbs are recommended to support a person to create balance, as well as treatments such as massage, exercise (yoga), meditation, breathing and sound therapy.
